How do I submit leave on behalf of employee?

With HRSimplified the Manager user, HR Administrator user and HR Executive can access the HR Administrator section that allows the user to submit Leave for a Employee.


Some Employees will not have a Login for the system, since they should not have one, or they don't have access to a internet connected device.


In cases like these the Manager (or other level users as listed above) can navigate to the HR Administration -> All Employees screen. Search for the Employee that require a leave request, and click the Action menu item next to the employees record.



In the Action Menu dropdown select the Leave Application items and continue to submit the leave on behalf of the Employee.

 


Once the leave request has been submitted the Employee will receive a Notification email, so will the Manager and the person that submitted the leave request. The standard leave approval process will be followed.
