Why are there leave days deducted for weekends and public holidays

If you are unsure about the leave duration for a leave request, the HR Administrator can check the Public Holiday and Weekend switch on the Employee record.


If days are being deducted for weekends or a Public holiday the switch will be de-activated on the Employee -> Leave Information tab on the Employee record.
