With-in HRSimplified there is a Notification Engine that tracks activity and notifies the involved parties.
For instance a Leave request from a Employee will send a email to the Manager to notify them of the leave request awaiting approval. The Employee will also receive a email to notify them of the leave that has been submitted and that it is pending.
Once the request has been approved the Employee and the Manager will be informed of the approval as well.
The same applies to Claims and other activities in the HR platform.
