How do I update my Company Details

In HRSimplified there is a menu items called Company, once expanded you will find the Company Details menu.


On this screen is it possible to setup all the required fields that describe your company and how it operates. 


Tab 1: Company related details



Tab 2: Company Settings related details:


On this section of the application the following can be setup:

  • Company name
  • Company Address
  • Business Registration number
  • Business Contact details
  • TAX number
  • PAYE number
  • VAT number
  • UIF number
  • Company Logo (Used to onboarding portal)


This section also covers the following:

  • Operational Currency - What currency you need your Invoices in
  • Operational Country - Setting the company to another country will use that countries public holidays to calculate leave request durations
  • Leave Forfeit - On what date the leave accumulated by a employee from the previous year should be forfeited (On/Off switch also available)
