Where do I see my information

In HRSimplified each Employee will have a Home menu item in the main navigation 

The menu will look like the below screen shot:


Each of the menu items start with the name "My" this indicates to the user that this menu contains information relevant to them.


Basic Overview of the Items on the Menu:

My Profile

The profile section allows you to capture your Personal Contact details, Personal Skills, Qualifications, and Work history in a very simple set of screens.

My Finances

Under this menu the user will find their Claims that haven been submitted and their status. The Employee can open their claims and review them.


My Leave

Under this menu the user will find their Leave requests that haven been submitted and the status. The Employee can open their leave requests and review, cancel, retract of view them

This section also allows the employee to see their leave on a Calendar, allowing them to look back in time at earlier leave.

The section also offers a Public holiday calendar for the year ahead for better planning, and a Departmental Calendar to see who else is on leave in your department to better plan activities.

My Assets

With the Asset management system the company can assign assets to the Employees, this screen allows the user to see what assets have been assigned to them according to the company records.

The system also allows the user to place a requisitions "or order" for consumable stock. This will then follow the approval process until it is processed and the stock is issued,


My Documents

This section houses all the document related items in one section

  • My Shared Documents - This section will show the Employee the documents that HR has made available from the Employee file for the Employee to download, The employee will only see their own documents.
  • Employee notes - The HR notes added by a HR Administrator or Manager to the employee file, can be shared with the Employee, the HR department can also request that the Employee signs a Note, to show that they have accepted the note.
  • Assessments - When the Talent management module is activated this will allow the employee to see and take assessments issued by a Manager.
  • My COVID-19 Forms - If the COVID documents are uploaded by the company the Employee has access to them here.
  • Review Forms - When the Talent management module is activated this will allow the employee to find their Review forms for download that was issued by a Manager.
  • Share Organisation Documents -The company can share company wide documents with all Employees. This section will be where the employees can see the documents and also download a copy of the file for themselves.
