On the Employee Records it is possible to store additional data about the Employee.
Navigate to HR Administration -> All Employees, then search for the relevant Employee and use the corresponding Action menu. Now select Edit to open the Edit Employee screen.
Continue to the Employee tab (that is displayed as you enter the screen) and see the Marital Status field half way down the screen.
Update the status to the correct value and click the Update button to update the Employee record.
The Status available in HRSimplified are:
- Unknown
- Single
- Divorced
- Widowed
- Remarried
