On the Employee Records it is possible to store additional data about the Employee.
Navigate to HR Administration -> All Employees, then search for the relevant Employee and use the corresponding Action menu. Now select Edit to open the Edit Employee screen.
Continue to the Employee tab (that is displayed as you enter the screen), on the Job Information Sub Tab the two fields are available for the Employee Diversity (EA2) report from Department of Labor.
The fields are pre-populated with Department of Labor lists.
- Occupational Category (With EA2 Codes)
- Occupational Level
Update the status to the correct value and click the Update button to update the Employee record.
