HRSimplified offers HR Analytics on all package levels.
The analytics starts at the main HR Administration section where HR analytics is presented.
There are additional Analytics available in the Add on Modules like Time and Attendance where T&A Analytics is available.
For HR Analytics, navigate to the HR Administration menu - HR Insights to open the Analytics section (for HR)
On this section there are 5 tabs, they summarize key metrics for the Executive users.
Employee Administration
The tab provides basic information about Gender breakdown, Contract vs Permanent, and Total Employee counts per Jon title.
Financial Liabilities
The tab providers summary data on the Leave liability, and Retrenchment liability, and financial breakdown based on gender and the contribution to all the benefits.
Diversity/Disability
This tab provides a summary of the employee disability per department per gender, Employee Ethnics statistics for appointed staff, but also for current candidates that are lined up for interviews. It also supplies a summary for the Gender ethnics per department.
Claim/Leave Applications
High level breakdown of the Leave and claims processing. Also indicating the impact of Leave taken during specific times of the year (to influence capacity planning) and cost of sick leave to the business.
Organizational Chart
This is a organogram that is auto generated based on how the system reporting is setup for all Employees.
The organogram allows for click through to Employee details.
