HRSimplified has a Leave liability report that can be run to calculate the leave liability for all Employees in the business at the time of running the Report.
The report will have the leave liability calculated at that point in time when the report is run. The Value will be generated based on the Employees Leave balance for Annual leave and their Hourly rate calculate back from their Remuneration value.
The Report will only report on the Annual leave component and not Sick, Study, Special or Family leave.
The report will be listed under Leave Menu -> Reports, then select the Leave liability report and click Generate.
The report will be downloaded in XLSX format.
If the report is blank for a Employee, it can be because the Remuneration or leave balances are not updated/populated in the Employee record.
To check these two values navigate to HR Administration -> All Employees and find the Employee you need to check.
Search for the Employee as need be in the Top Search bar.
Open the Employee Record by using the Action Menu and Edit.
