Checking if Annual leave has been accrued (increased)

In HRSimplified the system manages the Annual leave allowance for employees automatically, by taking their Annual leave allowance and calculating the monthly increase for the Annual leave balance. More about this HERE


Some times Employees have queries about their leave balance and it is important for the HR Executive, or HR Administrator, to be able to see audit data of the system increases to leave balances.


The system keeps track of all Leave changes done by the system in an Audit log and make it available to the HR Executive, or HR Administrator, under the Employee HR profile. This data is not visible to the Employee.


To see the historical leave accrual and other system related leave balance updates, navigate to the Employee record.

Navigate to HR Administration -> All Employees, select the Edit Action Menu for the Employee in question.  Select the HR Application Management Tab and then the Leave Audit Information Sub tab to see a historical list of leave balance changes for the specific employee.
