During the Employee Onboarding process the HR Administrator can create actionable tasks for people in the origination.
These tasks can include creating a Username, or getting a Laptop ready for the new Employee.
As soon as the Onboarding process has started the Tasks are created and made available to the Employees they have been assigned to.
To see your Onboarding tasks, navigate to HR Planner -> Onboarding -> My Onboarding Tasks and the tasks will be displayed that are applicable to you.
As the tasks are completed by the user, the task Status can be updated to complete the task.
There are 4 statuses that are available to the user to select to manage the process of the task.
Note: The HR Executive user has access to the Onboarding tasks at a top level to allow editing the tasks.
