If you are using the HRSimplified Recruitment module you are able to create vacancies in the system and post them to the Social Media and websites via a URL for Advertising.
The links that are shared to your platforms will record views and then track all applications in the system to allow you to manage the Applicants that apply for your open positions.
The high level process is as follows:
- Start by creating the Job Title and Job Description under HR Planning -> Capacity Planner
- Add the required meta data for the position to ensure it pulls through to the Vacancy module.
- Create a new Vacancy in the Recruitment -> Vacancies section.
- The Vacancy will pull through the Job Description after the Job Title has been selected and all related Roles, skills, responsibilities etc.
- Style the Vacancy as you see fit, since all Styling including images will pull through to the Vacancy page on the outside of the system (on your website or on your social media channel)
- Add your SEO details and Preview Image to the Vacancy and copy the URL for sharing, share it on the relevant Social Media platform for advertising.
- Links that are available for tracking:
- Direct (Company Website or email)
- LinkedIN post
- Facebook post
- Other Post (Where ever else you want to share)
- The Preview from the URL that was copied will render with all required details as well as a Apply section for applicants to apply to the advertisement.
- Once the vacancy is posted and added to the Website (or email) with the Links supplied the analytics of the vacancy views by candidates can be tracked in the Recruitment Insights section.
- All Applications will be listed in the Recruitment -> Applications (or under the Vacancy -> Individual vacancies list)
