Where to find vacancy links for posting on social media

With HRSimplified all the active vacancies that are created can be viewed externally by the Employees and external applicants by sharing the vacancies on different social media and other platforms.

HRSimplified currently tracks views of the URLs it generates for the following platforms:

1. Direct link for emails and other self post platforms

2. Facebook post

3. LinkedIN Post

4. Other Platforms

To find the URLs that can be used for tracking views navigate to the Recruitment Menu -> Vacancies.

Select the Action menu of the Vacancy and click Edit. Navigate to the last tab on the vacancy screen listed as Job Posting URL's. Here you will find a list of URLs that are generated for this specific position.

To retrieve the corresponding URL for the platform of your choice, simply click the Generate Public URL button to receive the URL you can then post on the platform.

As these URLs are clicked and viewed the Analytics will start to track and present this on the RM Insights section of the HRSimplified system.

PS: The URL needs to be copied and pasted on the platform as a post, HRSimplified will not post it for you.
