In HRSimplified the Performance management module allows a Manager to create Performance reviews that need to be sent to the Employee to do a Self Assessment, before the Manager concludes the scores in the Assessment review.
To see your Assessments that require completion navigate to Home -> My Documents and select the Performance Assessments Tab.
Look at the Completed column, and find the incomplete assessment, Select the corresponding Action menu, and select Complete.
Complete your assessment in the pop up modal, it only requires a score for each of the KPIs assigned.
Once the scores has been completed, click the Complete Performance Assessment button
Completing the assessment will submit the scores to the manager for the Self Assessment. The Manager will review the scores and update as needed, and add a Final Review Note that will detail their feedback on the assessment and the performance of the Employee.
Once the Assessment review by the Manager is completed the Employee can return to the Assessments screen, and Download or View a copy of their Performance Assessment.
