Different Statuses of the Performance assessment

There are multiple statuses in the life cycle of a Performance management assessment as the assessment flow between the manager and the employee.

The different assessment statuses a assessment can exist in are:

Performance Management Status flow

Start Self Assessment	Manager creates Review and sends to Employee
Self Assessment Completed	Employee completes the Self Assessment
Manager Reviewed	Manager reviews the Employee details and updates Review and submits Review remarks with Skills and Training
Review Completed	Employee Accepts Manager reviews

This status will guide the employee and manager on their respective screens:

Employees:

Employees can find their assessments under My Documents -> Performance Assessments Tab

Manager:

Managers can find their Assessments under Performance Management -> Completed Assessments Menu
